We're often out on commercial delivery routes — check the live status indicator at the top of the site before driving over.

Finding us

  • Parking: Free spaces directly in front of Suite #1.
  • Entrance: Front door first. If it's locked during business hours, the back door is open — we're at the wheel.
  • Wait: Most jobs are 5–15 minutes. Coffee shop next door.

What to bring

  • Knives wrapped in a kitchen towel (loose is fine too)
  • Cash, card, or Venmo accepted
  • Tell us how you use each knife — we'll match the edge
